There are many reasons a profile can no longer be found. Below is a partial list of reasons why this may occur:

1. He/she suspended their profile
2. He/she blocked you
3. He/she was removed by JWed due to ineligibility, a duplicate profile, or a violation of terms
4. You or the member updated your profile information and can no longer find each other due to our 'firewall' rules.
