Why has my profile not been approved?

A new registration can be rejected for a number of reasons

Every new JWed registration is hands-on reviewed by our Customer Care Team.

Nothing is automated.

You will be informed by email if your profile is rejected.

This can be for many reasons including:

  • Not providing full legal name and reachable contact number

  • Suspicious of fraud

  • Photo that is not real

  • Suspicious answers to profile questions

  • You already have an existing profile

  • Your previous JWed profile was suspended
