As such, the success rate is difficult to quantify and is likely much higher than we can calculate due to unreported matches and other considerations.

Given these limitations, we are able to calculate that 2.5% of paid subscribers will report a match to us within the next 12 months.

Again, this data is just for reported matches and disregards the length of time someone may use the service. It is likely that in reality, the success rate is many times higher than this.
