As a responsible company committed to creating a safe and positive community for our users, JWed welcomes the introduction of the Child Safety Standards Policy on the Google Play Store. This policy is an important step in ensuring that apps offered on the platform meet the highest standards for protecting children and young people.

Objectives of the Child Safety Standards Policy

The Child Safety Standards Policy pursues several key objectives that we as a company support and actively implement:

Age Verification

Registration on JWed.com is only possible for users aged 18 and above. Any subsequent change to the registered age requires verification by our support team, including the submission of a scanned ID. If we become aware of incorrect age information, the account will be blocked immediately.

Hands-On-Screening

All registrants must complete a detailed online registration that includes gathering much personal information. These details are reviewed by our Customer Care screening team before any consideration of approval to JWed.com

Reporting System

Users can report harmful or development-impairing content in the app with just a few clicks.

Protection of Privacy

We respect the privacy of our users and ensure that no personal data is collected from children without the explicit consent of their parents or legal guardians.

Automated Message Screening

Messages between members are automatically reviewed and any red flags are individually reviewed by our screening team.

Images

All images uploaded to profiles are individually screened by our Customer Care Team. They are only made public, once approved by the team.

Grooming

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards all forms of cyberbullying. We are committed to removing content unsuitable for children and young people from our platform.
